Settlement by Anthony Rippen of Carsington, yeoman, whereby he conveys to William Cowper and Samuel Taylor of Carsington, miners, his dwelling house at Carsington with all his lands etc, to the use of himself and Margaret his wife for their lives with remainder to Anthony Rippen, their son, with proviso that if Anthony shall provide his parents with meat and drink etc for their lives, he is granted all his groves, shafts etc, and personal estate
