Gift by William de Balllidon of Carsington of Lord Nicholas de Carsington, vicar of Scarcliffe, Henry (son of the said William) and Christiana his wife, and the heirs of the body of the said Henry and Christiana, of his lands etc which he had of the gift of Lord William de Carsington his brother, at Carsington with proviso that if Henry and Christiana die without issue, the lands are to revert to the right heirs of William
