Title
Agreement between Henry Wyllyams, Dean of Lichfield, and Rauff and Thomas Gell of Hopton, that whereas the Dean and Chapter have leased to the Gells the office of the receivership of the jurisdiction of Baukewell, their lands and tithes of the parsonage of Knyveton, their lands and tithes of the jurisdiction of Baukewell and tithes of corn and hay of Byrchyls, Brushefeld, Chelmerdon and other hamlets within the said jurisdiction, the Dean and Chapter will effect any other deeds which the Gells may think necessary. 1 Jul
