Grant by John, son of Robert Dycun of Middleton to William de Wirksworth, parson of Slayteburn [Sleetburn, Durham?] and John his brother, of the reversion of 3 acres of land in Wirksworth, viz 2 acres at le Clay Crosse and in the same place between the lands of the Thomas de Cromford and of land of William le Chaloner, which is held by the said Robert for life by the custom of England and which ought to revert to John at his death.
