Title
Grant by Thomas Wigley of Wirkesworth to Thomas Stortrede of Kirk Ireton, of a messuage at Kirk Ireton, lying between the messuages of Thomas Verney on the east and John Verney on the west, 2 bovates arable and a croft called Tent Croft lying at the end of the vill of Kirk Ireton by the way from le Peak to Derby, which Henry Stortrede of Mugginnton, chaplain, Thomas Alsop of Hognaston, John Wigley and the said Thomas had of the gift of the said Thomas Stortrede. Witnesses: John Gell of Hopton, Thomas Harvy of Wirksworth, William Eyre of Callow, John Dey of Kirk Ireton, and Robert Parker of the same. Dated at Kirk Ireton, [10 Jan], 15 Hen VII
