Stonepit Close (14a.) and closes (12a.) all at Kirk Ireton, upon trusts viz: Yards End to use of Francis Burton - 2 closes in Neatherfield to use of John Johnson - the Pingle to the use of Lewis Norman of Kirk Irerton, carpenter - cottage and Brookhouse Peice and remainder of the lands to Milnes and Bourne upon trust to sell the same and divide the money between Milnes, Bourne Griffis and Griffis
