Title
Letter from Nathaniel Hinckes at Lichfield [Staffordshire] to Sir Philip Gell - will take care to prevent the granting of any faculties for the erection of a gallery in Wirksworth church until Gell is satisfied as to Kniveton - it is a curacy and within the statute to receive Queen Anne's Bounty - Gell desires a faculty for erecting a gallery between the two west pillars of the steeple at Wirksworth but does not give its dimensions. 4 Jan 1715/16
