Agreement between Anthony Alsope and John Borrow - reciting mortgage in £250 by Alsope to Gilbert Mundy of a messuage and lands at Alsope and assignment of mortgage by Mundy to Borrow - and reciting that Alsope has sold to Borrow, a close known as Dale End Close and leased Towne Meadow and Alsope Moore to him for 21 years, the £250 being included in the purchase money - and whereas Mundy was to pay £6 a year from the lands, to John Alsope, son of Anthony - Borrow is to cease the said payment in return for which Alsope is to hold the Ban Croft and Stone Break until Borrow shall be molested or damaged by claims to dower from Alsope's wife Elnor, 26 Oct
