Bargain and sale by Raphe Gell of Carsington, yeoman, to Thomas Buxton and Richard Walton of Brassington, yeomen, in consideration of a certain sum of money, of all his closes of land, meadow and pasture viz Highe Clouse, a little croft at the nether end of the said close, Pyner Buttes butting on Hameston Way, a croft in a field called Highfield, pasturage for 2½ beasts in Carsington and for 80 sheep in Carsington and Brassington
