Descriptionby which Mary Metham, Newcomen and his wife, Bradshaw and his wife and Katherine Carter agree to levy to William Leaper and Christopher Coltclough a fine of a messuage or tenement in Osmaston in the occupation of William Leaper, Thomas Parker and John Killingley and closes in Osmaston called the Home Close, Aston Way Pingle, the Little Moores Close, Milne Gutter Close, 16 acres of arable land in Dale Pit Field, 16 acres of arable land in the Milnepit Field, 13 acres of arable land in the Little Field, 6 acres of land, meadow or pasture in Broad Meadow, five lands selions or leys or meadow or pasture in Crumsick Flatt Close, half a rood of meadow or pasture adjoining Little Crumsick Close (all in Osmaston);
also all part or purpart share late of Robert Carter the elder in a close called Osmaston Greene in Osmaston and 3 acres of arable in Normanton (by Derby);
also five closes in Heanor called Thistley Close, Fisley Close, West Carchee Piece, East Carchee Piece and Crabtree Close, 27 acres by estimation and two parcels of enclosed land in Langley, East and West Dunstead 11 acres;
