a messuage and land at Owlgreaves, Heanor, 56 acres, in the occupation of William Fletcher;
closes called the Dunstead Closes in Langley 33 acres, in the occupation of John Bullivant;
closes called the Breaches in Heanor 7 acres in the occupation of William Fletcher;
Hawleys Farm otherwise Summer House Farm in Heanor 37 acres, in the occupation of William Fletcher, Edward Clay and Thomas Osborne;
the Summer House and Fish ponds in the occupation of Samuel Fletcher;
a messuage or tenement in Heanor near the Summer House in the occupation of John Shelton;
a messuage or tenement and garden in Heanor in the occupation of Richard Redfern;
