Title
Deed for more effectually securing the payment of the sums of £1588, £1600, £812 and £1000 and the interest thereof, between John Ray of Heanor Hall, esquire, Elizabeth Sutton Ray his wife, Rev George Henry Ray, Jane Elizabeth Ray and Sophia Frances Ray (their children) and James Sutton of Shardlow esquire, that all the hereditements comprised in the mortgages by Elizabeth Sutton dated 12 April 1815, 8 March 1816 and 1 April 1822 (the Heanor Hall Estates) shall be vested in James Sutton for the residue of the terms therein, with assignment dated 30 April 1855 by James Sutton to John Ray of the principal sums for the benefit of John Ray,
