Title
Lease for possession, release and assignment by Elizabeth Sutton of Heanor Hall, widow, and John Ray late of West Bridgford now of Lenton Abbey, esquire, to Bryan Thomas Balguy of Derby, gen., of the capital and other messuages, dwellinghouses, and real estate of her the said Elizabeth Sutton in the counties of Derby and Leicester or elsewhere: to the use of Elizabeth Sutton for life, then to the use of Balguy on trust to pay the funeral and testamentary expenses of Elizabeth Sutton, then during the life of Elizabeth Sutton Ray to pay the rents issues and profits of the premises to Elizabeth Sutton Ray for her own use and benefit, and if John Ray survives his wife, to pay the rents and profits to John Ray;
after the death of Elizabeth Sutton Ray and John Ray, the rents and profits to be paid to their children in whatever shares and proportions as John Ray and Elizabeth Sutton Ray shall appoint.
