Title
Copy will of John Ray: an annuity of £800 to Elizabeth Sutton Ray his wife, to be paid by his son G H Ray out of the income, dividends and profits of his property in railways and collieries;
to William Willis Bailey of Kilburn his agent, £200;
to Rev W H Plumptre and Mark Pringle (trustees) the sum of £5000 invested in 4½%
preferential stock of the South Wales Railway Co on trust to pay to his son G H Ray the dividends, interest and annual produce during the life of Elizabeth Sutton Ray, then, after her decease, in case Jane Elizabeth Huish survives Elizabeth Sutton Ray, to pay the dividends to J E Huish for her own separate use;
after the decease of E S Ray and J E Huish to pay the interest to J Huish (if J E Huish so directs by her will or other writing) and after the decease of J Huish then the principal sum of £5000 to be transferred to G H Ray;
all his messuages, lands and real estate and residue of personal estate to G H Ray absolutely. Will dated 27 April 1866, proved 24 April 1868
