Title	Family settlement between Rev G H Ray of Finghall Rectory, Yorkshire, clerk, Rev H W Plumptre of Eastwood Rectory, clerk, Marcus Bourne Huish of 36 Oriel Road, West Kensington, John Huish of Smalley Hall, barrister, and Charles Stuart Pringle of the War Office, Pall Mall, reciting mortgage by Mrs Elizabeth Sutton to John Goodale 1 April 1822 of premises in Heanor for £1588, mortgage by Elizabeth Sutton to Elizabeth Sills 8 April 1816 of premises in Heanor for £1600, and mortgage by Elizabeth Sutton to Mary Middleton, Dorothy Middleton and John Nicholson of other premises in Heanor for £812, 12 April 1815, which after several assignments were assigned on 30 April 1855 by James Sutton to John Ray for £4000, also reciting marriage settlement on the marriage of John Huish to Jane Elizabeth Ray [D255 M/F 11] and the appointment of new trustees of the settlement (H W Plumptre the younger and M B Huish) 4 April 1867, by which, in consideration of £4000, George Henry Ray, Henry Western Plumptre, Marcus Bourne Huish and Charles Stuart Pringle have assigned to George Henry Ray all the hereditaments contained in the three mortgages (as recited in D255 M/F 13) for the residue of the 2000 year terms in each so that the respective terms may be merged with the freehold, 26 April
