Lease by Robert Sacheverel Sitwell of Morley esquire, and Robert Sacheverel Wilmot Sitwell of Stainsby House esquire, to Rev G H Ray of Finghall Rectory, clerk, for 22 years, of all the Kilburn bed of coal under freehold and copy- hold land in Horsley and Horsley Woodhouse (scheduled);
not to mine coal within 33 yards of any building;
to build a railway or tramway to the railway at Coxbench;
rent of £20 per acre for every acre of copyhold coal worked and £120 per acre for freehold coal;
additional rent of £4 per acre for surface damages.
