By which Coke agrees to levy a fine to Sheldon and Barneby of a moiety of the manor of Trusley and a moiety of the mansion house where William Coke lived at Trusley and a moiety of the Trusley estate in Trusley, Dalbury Lees and Burnaston; also a moiety of the manor of Pinxton and a moiety of the Pinxton estate in Pinxton, Kirby in Ashfield, Brookhill and South Normanton, and a moiety of the Coke property in Newton, Parwich, Fenny Bentley and Hartington; also a moiety of the manor of South Normanton, a moiety of a capital messuage in Alsop en le Dale and a moiety of the advowson of Pinxton church
