Administrative History- Fanny Dowding: Florence Nightingale's maid
- Cecilia Linford, born about 1858, living in York (1871 census). Other Florence Nightingale letters suggest that later in the 1870s she became a servant to Florence Nightingale. She was married in 1881 in Camberwell to Richard Rutland Millard. The 1881 census lists her in Camberwell under the mis-spelled name Clalia or Cealia Mallard.
