Title
Settlement in pursuance of settlement Jun 1820, by which Sir Richard Goodwin Keats and Mary, Lady Keats, formerly Hurt, declare that they have carried out their undertakings in June deed, except that the annuity of £400 has been purchased for their joint lives instead of Mary's life only, and declaration by Francis Hurt and Sir John Borlase Warren that they hold the Navy 5% Annuities and the annuity of £400 in trust as in the deed of 26 June.
