Title
Lease and release Thomas Webb Edge, Richard Arkwright and John Toplis, devisees in trust and executors of Francis Hurt, to Francis Hurt, reciting that the testator left premises below to his devisees in trust to sell them to his son for £4,000 and such further sum as the premises purchased by him had cost when his son reached age 21, and reciting that Francis the son is now 21 In consideration of £4,000 for the iron works etc and £4,697 13s 5d for the lands, Edge Arkwright and Toplis convey to Hurt iron furnaces, iron works and forges in Alerwasley near the River Derwent with all dams, streams, weirs, houses near occupied by Thomas Bacon, the workmen employed at the works with free use of roads etc and all lands the testator had purchased or had right to dispose of, and in consideration of 5s they sell the tools, implements and utensils belonging to the iron works.
