Release Philip Gell to Francis Hurt Claim to trust lands in settlement above on account of annuity and sum of £2,000 due to him, in consideration of £2,000 paid by Hurt and annuity of £60 to be paid him (reciting that the marriage took place, but that Cassandra died soon after without issue) appointment of £2,000 by Gell to use of Hurt, and release of trust lands by Toplis who, with Ince, now dead, was trustee of the marriage settlement, to Francis Hurt
