TitlePapers concerning sale of the Meerbrook Sough Company undertaking to Ilkeston Corporation and Heanor Urban District Council or to Derby Corporation. Derby Corporation withdrew and Ilkeston and Heanor Water Board promoted a bill to constitute a board representative of the Ilkeston and Heanor local authorities with power to acquire the undertaking and to construct works to intercept the sough waters (1901). Chiefly dated 1895 - 1902. The papers include:- Act to incorporate the proprietors of the Meerbrook Sough 1841.
