TitleDecree of the Court of Wards Following an inquisition taken at Derby on 14 Jan 1607 into the wardship and marriage of Edward Lowe, son and heir of Anthony Lowe, deceased and whereas Edward Lowe later exhibited a petition of travers, by Anne Fearne his "prochein amie", against Pattricke Lowe his guardian and was admitted to his travers by decree dated 7 Jas I (1609) and whereas Pattricke Lowe, Thomas Wilson and Nicholas Otwell became bound to the King in 6 obligations of £40 each, dated 9 May, 4 James. I (1606), being for the fine of the marriage of Edward Lowe and for the lease of his lands, declaring that by order of William, Lord Knollys in the court of King's Bench, the said travers should be held good and receive approbation and that the said 6 obligations of £40 should be returned to Patricke Lowe for cancellation. 16 May, 13 James I
