Title
Agreement Thomas Fawne and Joan Fawne Joan "in her clene virginite and beying of age xxiii yeres" undertakes to pay 10 marks to Thomas or to either of her sisters after they are married, at a time to be appointed by Ralf Saucheverell, Thomas Fawne, James Rolston and Edmund Levet. If either marrywithout the consent of the above the whole grant to go to the other sister. If both marry without their consent the grant to be void, provided that either sister, before she is married or when she is over 21, shall release to Joan all her right and claim to all lands that were formerly John and Thomas Fawne's. If either marries when under 21 she shall become bound to Joan in £40 that she and her husband shall release by fine to Joan all their right and title to the above lands 25 Nov, 11 Edward IV English
