All messuages, bands etc which once belonged to John Fawne, father of Thomas, in Allerwasslegh, [Alderwasley] Assheleyey, [Ashleyhay] Derbyshire Alsetter (Alcester) and Ordesley, Warwickshire and elsewhere in Derbyshire and Warwickshire to them and their heirs with the remainder to Thomas Fawne.
