Administrative History | The college was founded in 1931 as Clowne Technical College. It later changed its name to North East Derbyshire College of Further Education. The college marked its golden jubilee (1931-1981) with celebrations in 1982. It become known as North Derbyshire Tertiary College in 1991, before closing in 2002. The college buildings on Rectory Road were demolished. |
