Plan showing three plots of common land in the parish of Dronfield intended to have been taken for the benefit of the church. Surveyed by R Wilson on 10 May 1729. Depicts the outline and records the size of plots at Pickles Dam, Coal Aston Common, and Aperknowle Common but no other features shown

Description
This map is described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The description reads as follows:
A Survey of three plats of Common Lands containing 16 acres 2 rood 01 perch surveyed May ye 10th 1729. R. Wilson descripsit. Surveyor: R.Wilson Scale: of 20 chains or 80 poles [1: 9000]. Size: 38 x 30 cm. Materials: coloured ink on paper. Centred on: SK365785 Notes: compass rose, NNE at top. Shows Upper and Lower Pickles dam 4 acres, Coal Aston Common 5 acres and Aper Knowle Common 6 acres, total 16 acres in 3 separate pieces: endorsed 'A survey of lands intended to have been taken in from the commons in Dronfield parish for the Benefit of the church. 1729'.
