Doctor's prescription book, arranged in roughly chronological order

Description
After conservation repair in 2009-2010, the book was split into three parts, comprising the original covers and binding, blank pages (numbered 152-516) and pages 1-151 containing information on prescriptions to patients and pages 517-519 and un-numbered index, with home-made "Perpetual Almanack", used to indicate the date with a grid of numbers 1-31, and two moveable strips for the day of the week and the month to be inserted
