DescriptionBetween (1) Edward Pegge of Ashbourne, gent, (2) Thomas Harrison the younger of Glutton [in parish of Hartington Middle Quarter], gent, and Hugh Sheldon of Monyash, and (3) Francis Naden, yeoman, James Nealer (or Naylor), yeoman, and John Frost, blacksmith, all of Hollinsclough.
Pegge grants to Harrison and Sheldon [as trustees to take part in a collusive court action] a messuage and adjoining lands, buildings and appurtenances, sold in three parts, with a quarter part purchased by Naden, another quater part puchased by Frost and a half part purchased by Nealer.
The property for the combined court action is described as 3 messuages, 2 cottages, 3 gardens, 30 acres of land, 10 acres of meadow, 40 acres of pasture, 30 acres of furze and heath with right of common, all in Hollinsclough.
