Indenture of Gervase, son and heir apparent of Richard Sleighe of Nether Waterhouses, parish of Alstonefield, yeoman, covenanting to perform agreement of 5 March 1618 between Gervase Sleighe, Richard Sleighe and William Brereton of Hurdlow, gent, giving to John Froggat of Hurdlow, yeoman, and Roger Ryley of Nether Boosley, Staffordshire, yeoman, a messuage called Nether Waterhouses and all lands late of Sir Humfrey Bradbourne of his son, William, in Alstonefield and Hope, two parcels of land and a cottage, with rights of common pasture and turbary for animals in the commons or waste of the manor of Alstonefield
