In consideration of £100 paid by the Woodwards and 5 shillings by William Wardle
Reciting settlement of Elizabeth Bagshaw of two messuages, etc at Narrowdale on her sons Henry and David Titterton, by indenture dated 1 February 1 Jas 1685/6, and her subsequent death
