Indenture of bargain and sale by William Gent of Overholme, Leek Frith, and Ellen his wife, to brothers John and William Hinde, both of Burton upon Trent, clothiers, of a pasture or parcel of ground known as Parkes Croft (3 acres) in Overholme, Leek Frith, adjoining a close called the Ridding, parcel of farm called Harpurhouse Farm, parish of Alstonefield, part of a farm purchased by Thomas Gent, William's father, with a water corn mill built on it
