A map from this bundle is described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The description reads as follows:

Will. Austin's house being a cottage and a croft. n.d.[17c.]. Size: 17 x 12 cm. Materials: ink on paper. Centred on: SK375228 Notes: no scale or orientation: sketch plan with deeds, about 25 acres, shows single line field boundaries, a few trees drawn, Prestwood Close and Milne Meadow, no buildings: bundles of Indentures etc. in same folder. Location: DRO, D2375M/28/23
