This unlisted collection includes a photocopy of a map described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The description reads as follows:

Copy 'Plan of Roads and crossroads between Rowsley Bridge and the Cross Post on Wirksworth Moor'. [1759]. Surveyor: [J.H.Railton]. Scale: of 1700 yards [1:13600] Size: 3 sheets each 42 x 59 cm. Materials: [ink on paper, colour for roads and rivers]. Notes: north at top. Copy made in 1905, tracing from an original plan in the possession of Robert Hall. Shows roads in 3 different reds with destinations, Darley Church, Matlock church, Cromford Bridge, Matlock Bridge, Darley Bridge, Rowsley Bridge and intended Turnpike Bars shown: houses in perspective: Table showing distances in 13 stages from Rowsley Bridge to Cross Post on Wirksworth Moor, total 3605 yards. Estate map, 516 acres, named closes with area and tenant references: other closes with owners name: single line boundaries: 5 lands in Pinxton Field divided by dotted lines: Pinxton Green: roads (space between closes), paths marked single and double dotted lines: Pinxton Church in plan, River Errywis and Meer Stone: 'The Contents' lists for Coke estate, reference letter, tenant and area: 3 tenements in Kirkby add another 87 acres: a list of 'Pinxton Cottages' names 18 tenants, 10 are widows, with an area 1 acre 3 roods 23 perches.
