Description	Describes events leading to achievement of two lets and gives information about tenants. Relates discussions about jobs: has asked for a post available at Whaley Bridge library. Asks for Ogden's opinion about this. Has heard from Mr Moseley. Explains her thoughts about asking Mr Hough to act as go-betwen in relation to assignment of the books between legatees. Regrets that it had not been possible to dispose of books earlier and mentions dampness of the cellar. Asks if it was a Willis MS at Sothebys.
