Description | Expresses thanks for a lawyer's reading of the will. Discusses implications and predicts likely responses of Geoff and Florrie. Asks advice about appointing a lawyer and comments on the experience of herself and her sisters in relation to the wills of aunt Wardle and uncle McLardy. Congratulates on "Headlam" find. Discusses Manchester's view of Mr Hayward: refers to an article in Manchester Guardian about Switzerland (which attracted corrections). Acknowledges his congratulations on her Basic - but mentions the number of her errors and discusses various issues of usage and vocabulary. Mentions Alex; and a sister's visit. Under the heading "Corrections" mentions two references, and mentions a reference to Drawcabion tongue in one of Ernest's papers. |
