TitleHandwritten letter from Dora Axon to Charles Ogden
Date12 Oct 1947
DescriptionRefers to him having moved lots of books. Pleased to hear of return to life of the Cambridge Institute. Reports confirmation obtained during a visit to the Public Trustee Office that she is not allowed to dispose of household goods and books. Discusses likely views of Geoff and Florrie (Ernest's son and daughter). Regrets the position she has been left in. Anticipates being able to get an advance from her bank, and would then not need the advance offered by Ogden. Concerned about the possible impact of troubling Ogden further: his support has been very welcome. Finds sanity in Basic and music: about to play in a concert.
