Description	Reports expediture on his behalf during a visit to Manchester; and gives details of work to Ogden's fiddle. Names funeral march as "Coronach or Highland Lament." Has obtained a score by Arensky: "Essays on forgotten rhythms": gives details of this. Mentions two books about rhythm theory seen at the library. Wonders whether Arensky's interpretation of language cadence agreed with Ogden's reading of Latin.
