Misterton, Leicestershire: Lease by Hugh de Acove(re) [Okeover] to John de Whatham, rector of the church of Lutterworthe, of all his demesne of Menstreton, of which one field lies fallow that year and a messuage of his there with buildings, gardens, curtilages, pastures, waters, fisheries and turbaries and an annual rent of 30 acres which the said John shall pay to Hawys de Sutton, and a moiety of all the profits of his courts in the same town, and the said John is permitted to take what turves he likes for his own farm for burning: to be held for 12 years at an annual rent of 10 marks (to be paid at Okeover) for all customary dues and services except forinsec
