Lease by Robert Wadeson of Sedber Yorkshire, merchant, uncle and next heir of Thomas Wadeson late of Kings Lynn, merchant, and Katherine his wife of a messuage, tenement and warehouses with yards, gardens, coleyards, keyes or staths for ships in Kings Lynn, in Lathestreate on the south side of a certain entrie late John Heth's later Robert Page's and now Robert Sisson's called Roffe Entrie or Millers Entrie between the said entrie and a parcel of ground on the north and a parcel of ground late John Drake's now Robert Ladyman's and the fleet called Mares Fleete on the south, and extending in length from the street towards the east to the river of Kings Lynn to the west: for 80 years at an annual rent of £6 13s 4d
