Articles of agreement between Thomas Vickers and Nicholas Chapman by which Vickers grants to Chapman right of way through a piece of ground to the south of premises let to Chapman leases by Vickers of the parishioners of St Buttolph and also the parishioners to be allowed to wash their horses at the horse pond and to be allowed the use of water in the yard leased by Chapman
