Ansley Coal: Lease by Samuel Ludford alias Bracebridge of Ansley, Warwickshire, gent., to John Farmer of Baddesley Ensor, Warwickshire, gent., in consideration of £46, of all that post work or "broken work" of coal, being the remainder of a coal delph called the Seven Foot Dole in a common called Ansley Common : for 31 years at a peppercorn rent.
