Tenancy agreement between Haughton Farmer Okeover and John Haywoor of Atlow, farmer, by which Okeover has let to Haywood on a year to yer basis, a messuage in Atlow and closes called the Croft, Wheat Croft, Short Greaves, Horse Close, Pingle, Mean Meadow, Mean Piece, Brown Nook, Old Nook, Hewson's Lane, New Close and Carter Meadow, 47 acres 2 roods, 04 perche: annual rent of £80: £10 per acre additional rent for ploughing up closes other than Horse Close, Mean Piece, Brown Nook and New Close.
