Lease by Sir Rowland Okeover of Okeover, knight, to John Tomlinson of Atlow, blacksmith, of a messuage, house, farm or tenement in Atlow in the occupation of John Tomlinson together with closes called the Mirey Meadow, Narrowe Close, Coate Close, Long Leas, Long Lane, the Roundsquare Flatt, Oxe Leasowe Lane, the Wheatcroft, the Croft and the Pingle at the Mill: for 21 years at £16 per annum: all tithes of corn and hay to be carried to Rowland Okeover's tithe barn at Atlow: an additional rent of 40s per acre for ploughing up any land in the final six years of the term more than "four day work of a plough"
