Title
Tenancy agreement (with bond) between Edward Walhouse Okeover and Thomas Hodgkinson of Woodhouse, farmer, by which Okeover lets to Hodgkinson on a year-to-year basis a messuage or tenement in Woodhouse and 174 acres of land at an annual rent of £145: not to break up more than 20 acres in any one year: not to keep any part in tillage more than three years successively in one of which three years the same to be in summer fallow, and also shall and will sow such land with 12 lbs to cover seeds at the least or a proper quality of other proper grass seeds in the third and last years tillage in order to lie for mowing and pasture
