Description(a) Gift by Robert son of David de Calver with the assent of his wife Avis to the Holy Church of St Mary's Rocester, and its canons of three bovates of land in the vill of Swinscoe, two bovates which Hugh de Woodhouses held and that bovate which Reginald held, together with service and homage of the bovate held by William, Knight

(b) Gift by Henry de Wootton to the Holy Church of St Mary's Rocester and its canons regular of two bovates of land with appurtenances in Swinscoe, namely that bovate which Daniel held and that which Ulfkel held from Henry de Wootton along with commons, woods, pastures etc., in the same vill, free from all services except foreign at an annual rent of 2s per annum, also an assart in Woodhill which Robert Morsel held with all librerties, services, etc., for a rent of six arrows at the feast of St Michael

(c) Covenant between Henry ,Abbot of Rocester, and canons of that place and Ernulf de Bec, whereby the Abbot and canons quitclaim one bovate of land in Rocester with a messuage of his demesne: also at the request of Margaret his wife the same Ernulf has granted also to the convent and abbot of Rocester one bovate and land in Swinscoe which Owen the miller held, with a messuage near the chapel surrounded by ditches
(d) Deed of exchange by which Margaret formerly wife of Ernald/ Ernulf del Bec, with the assent of Geoffrey del Bec her son, has granted to the Holy Church of St Mary of Rocester and the canons there two bovates of land in Swinscoe, namely that which Alured [Ailred] de Monyash held and that held by William le Furneis with all appurtenances and also an assart in Vecclehall and a messuage near the chapel in exchange for two bovates of land in Hilton which formerly Ernald/Ernulf del Bec granted to the Abbey of Rocester in alms, free of all services except for 2 shillings per annum paid at Blore

(e) Confirmation of gift by Margaret del Bec by her son Geoffrey del Bec to the Holy Church of St Mary Rocester and the canons there of two bovates of land in Swinscoe and an assart in Vecclehall and a messuage near the chapel
(f) Gift by Geoffrey del Bec to the Holy Church of St Mary Rocester and canons, in soul alms, of a bovate of land with appurtenances which Edith, widow, formerly held of him for a term in Rocester

(g) Gift by Hugh de Okeover to the Blessed Church of St Mary of St Mary Rocester and the canons there of one bovate of land in Swinscoe namely that which William Kinton held in the same vill with all its appurtenances except two acres for which he gave the said canons an acre of land between his sheepfold and the moor at an annual rent of 20d., free from all services, except foreign, and also for his gift, the canons to give Hugh de Okeover a horse valued at 40s

(h) Gift from Hugh de Okeover to the Holy Church of St Mary of Rocester and the canons there of two bovates of land in Swinscoe with all appurtenances namely that which Robert Morsel held in the same vill, and also a toft between the vill of Swinscoe and the road to the north, free from all services except foreign

(i) Gift by Hugh de Okeover in soul arms to the Holy Church of St Mary of Rocester and the canons there of a bovate of land in Swincoe which Robert le Blunt held, free from all services except foreign, paying annually a pound of cumin at Derby market

(j) Quitclaim by Hugh de Okeover to the Abbot and convent of Rocester of the "multura" (amercement) of twelve bovates of land he has in Swinscoe and all suits of his court and mill, paying 12d at the feast of St Martin and 12d at the feast of St John the Baptist for all services at the mill and court

(k) Gift and quitclaim by Ralph de la Mees of Swinscoe to the Abbot and Convent of Rocester of all his lands and tenements in Swinscoe

(L) Gift by Hugh de Okeover to the Holy Church of St Mary at Rocester and the convent in soul alms of a piece of land in Swinscoe Adellakeshul between the arable land and "le Durt" which divides the boundaries of the lands of Stanton and Swinscoe, and from the Fulesyche towards the road which comes from the vill of Swinscoe and crosses Hellecumbe, together with a croft which John le Tureis held within the boundaries of this land
