Description
Recites lease and release (21-22 Apr 1801) when the property was conveyed by William Bakewell, gentleman of Crich, Richard Gifford, Clerk of Makeney, and Charles Young, farmer of Holloway in Crich parish, and Erasmus Darwin, doctor of physick of Derby, to Joshua Lomas and Henry Lomas, farmer of High Lees, Matlock.
Property: two closes called the Long Fryden (2a 18p) and the Hob Hall Intake (1a 3r 28p): 1a 28p of the Intake being Allotment 141 awarded to the late Thomas Woodhouse, gentleman, by the Inclusure Commissioners. The closes occupied by Daniel Cooper.
