Deposition by George Hand of Lichfield, on behalf of his client William Pashley, Rector of Barlborough, in the latter's case against George Chambers. The case concerns the non-payment of tithes by Chambers for a garden in the parish he is alleged to own and for a piece of land called "Chamber's Intack", an enclosed area of Hollingshead Common, Barlborough. 18 Feb
