Administrative HistoryThe EB Lewis Memorial Foundation was established in December 1967. It took over the management of the EB Lewis Educational Trust and the charity founded by the combined effect of EB Lewis's will and the 1935 Deed of Family arrangements. Its aim was to support Anthroposophy in the United Kingdom and other countries. It owned property in Heanor Road, Ilkeston which was occupied by Michael House School. In 1979 the trust was terminated and its assets passed to the Michael House Association Ltd.
