Description
This map is described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The description reads as follows:
Plan of Liversage Charity Land [18c]. Scale: of chains 7: 3½" Size: 32 x 26 cm. Materials: ink on paper, worn on folds. Centred on:SK?358357 Notes: compass rose, south east at top. Shows Common Road and a parcel of land 'Late Mr. Parker Land now Bainbridg's' and another parcel 'Leversage's Charity': some adjacent land owners noted. Location:DRO, D1955/2/84
